The Woodsman & Ginger Beer

Tall, fresh, and invigorating - the perfect long whisky drink

What You Need

  • 50ml of The Woodsman
  • A quality Ginger Beer (we recommend Fentimans)
  • Lots of ice
  • A wedge of lime

Serve

Fill a tall hi-ball tumbler with ice, add the lime wedge. Pour The Woodsman over lime & ice. Top up with Ginger Beer and enjoy

Maple Old Fashioned

Our take on the classic whisky cocktail - sweet, smoky, tasty

What You Need

  • 50ml of The Woodsman
  • 10ml Maple Syrup
  • 10-15ml Cold water
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Big chunks of ice
  • A twist of orange peel

Serve

Mix whisky, maple syrup, bitters, and water in a Rocks glass, stir until syrup dissolves. Add a big chunk of ice, a twist of orange peel, and you're done.
